has moved forward as a HP development partner with HP's

IBM INFINITE Software has enjoyed a partnership with IBM since
1980. Since that time, IBM has been a development partner,
reseller, licensee and customer of INFINITE Software's
various products and services. International Business
Machines Corporation (IBM) manufactures and sells computer
services, hardware and software. The Company also provides
financing services in support of its computer business. The
Company's major operations comprise a Global Services
segment; three hardware product segments (Enterprise
Systems, Personal and Printing Systems, and Technology); a
Software segment; a Global Financing segment; and an

Microsoft since the early 1980's. Microsoft Corporation

The Company's software products include scalable operating

intelligent devices; server applications for client/server
environments; information worker productivity applications;
business solutions applications, and software development
tools. Microsoft licenses consumer software programs, sells
hardware devices, provides consulting services and trains
and certifies system integrators and developers.

Sun Microsystems INFINITE Software has been a Sun development partner since
1995. INFINITE Software joint markets its products with
the Sun Microsystems team. Sun Microsystems, Inc. is
singularly focused on products and services for network
computing. The Company's product line consists of computer
systems and workstations, storage, software and associated
services. Its products are based on several core
technologies, including its Solaris Operating Environment, UltraSPARC (UltraSPARC Scalable Processor Architecture)

Oracle Partner Network since 1990. Oracle Corporation is an
enterprise software company that develops, manufactures,
markets and distributes computer software that helps its
customers manage and grow their businesses and manage their
operations. The Company's software products can be
categorized into two broad areas: database technology
software and applications software. Its database technology
software provides an Internet platform for developing and
deploying applications on the Internet and on corporate
