The Analysis Engagement, INFINITE Software
undertakes a detailed assessment of your current
legacy implementation – how the applications support
the business, how they interface with the enterprise
and the Internet, how users work with them and how
reporting is structured. We work together to set
project goals and move directly into to the second
phase when they have been achieved.
INFINITE Software has developed its initial process
as the Analysis Engagement. This phase will allow
the INFINITE Software team to dig into the legacy
application and understand exactly what is necessary
to complete the project using the necessary INFINITE
toolsets. This phase is designed to address all of
the issues surrounding the Engagement and will
produce a clear plan for the
Project Engagement, or Phase Two of the process.
INFINITE Software works with the customer to
identify specific, measurable objectives for the
engagement. They will guide the activities and
reporting of the results. Since the effort
represents a substantial effort on behalf of
INFINITE Software, we specify that when the
objectives are met, we move into the project. We
will look for ways to expand business capabilities
through more efficient use of IT assets, integrate,
optimize and simplify your infrastructure and
increase return on your technology investment.
The result of this engagement is a realistic
assessment of the tasks required to complete
migration and modernization project as well as
predictable estimate of the time, resources and
costs required
